「Had to travel to Oakland for a short notice job interview. Booked Jack London Inn due to having a reasonable price and its distance from the job interview site. Hotel's location is convenient to many nearby tourist attractions and restaurants. Alameda island only a 10 minute walk/ferry ride away. Room itself was decent and reservation included breakfast. 「Everything was great, but this was my first time trying citizenM breakfast and, and tbh I don’t think it’s worth it. They offer a decent amount of fruits / pastries / yogurts in addition to the main breakfast items (mostly breakfast sandwiches), but I thought the main breakfast items themselves were not that good. 「Beautiful interior. Comfortable bed. Coffee access all day and night. Lobby comfortable and a good place to hang out if needed. Help staff, quite helpful. Every thing was emasculate. Cleaning person very kind and helpful. 」
