「My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary. They had a garden flag out front that said happy anniversary and a gift on the table inside. It was so sweet. The cabin was clean.Kitchen was had all things needed to cook a meal . We had privacy. We loved the back porch. Check in was very easy. 10 minutes from Bryson City. We will stay here again. 」

「I was concerned when I didn’t have several options to choose from in Andrews for accommodations. However, the location was perfect for an 8:00 am pedal bike ride. Breakfast was provided. (Oatmeal, waffles, muffins, fruit and cereal. Coffee, juice, and water.) Because we took a cooler for the ride, a light breakfast was sufficient. The staff was nice. 「The Tapoco Lodge is absolutely beautiful and the staff was amazing. The cabin we stayed in felt like everything was antique but somehow still new. My only complaint was that Expedia allowed me to book it as a pet-friendly room when the actual room I chose wasn’t pet-friendly. The Tapoco honored the reservation anyway and took care of us. They were terrific. My wife is already asking if we can stay here again. 」

「The cabin is an apartment. Like 10 guest to a cabin. Had a hard time parking because of all the construction lumber piled up in the parking lot. Also no electrical outlets in the bathroom. ☹️」

「This is a cute little cabin -- maybe 300 square feet total, on a little bluff right by the main house. The (really friendly) owner told me that the property was designed by a European couple. The Scandinavian influence is evident. I do wish the cabin had a separate vanity area -- the only sink is the one in the kitchenette. I also could have done w/ some blinds on the house side at least, but I do appreciate the aesthetic. I would definitely stay there again!」
