"Great hotel location wise - central on main Parkway but a couple blocks off main drag so very quiet. Has both open and covered parking. Staff, breakfast and room comfort great. However, at around 5 am had a clicking noise coming from the wall that backs to the shower so figured was something with the plumbing. It persisted unfortunately until we needed to get up so couldn’t get back to sleep making the next day very long!"

"**Rating: 5/5 - Exceptional** **An Unforgettable Gatlinburg Stay!** We couldn’t have asked for a better getaway in Gatlinburg! From the moment we stepped onto the property, it was clear that no detail was overlooked. The facilities are absolutely beautiful, blending modern luxury with classic, cozy mountain charm. One of our biggest pet peeves when traveling is lukewarm amenities, but this place nailed it. The pool was properly heated and perfect for swimming, even during cooler mountain evenings. The hot tub was actually hot—not just warm—which felt incredible after a long day of hiking in the Smokies. The outdoor common areas are top-tier. Gathering around the amazing fire pits under the stars was easily a highlight of our trip. The food on-site was amazing—fresh, flavorful, and genuinely rivaled some of the best spots in town. Best of all, everything on the property was in excellent working order. From room appliances and fireplaces to water pressure and Wi-Fi, not a single item gave us trouble. The staff clearly takes immense pride in maintaining a flawless, spotless experience for guests. We’re already planning our return trip. 10/10 recommendation!"
