"The staff was excellent and everything was clean. Like other reviews say, it is extremely outdated. I stayed here close to 10 years ago and it hasn't changed a bit. The wifi was also not very good where our room was located making it difficult to do anything online. For its location in Gatlinburg, this place is still a great budget hotel!"

"The hotel, which is older was being renovated and we knew that. The room was very nice , though had a little smoke or vape smell. Bathroom was nice and appreciated the extra vanity and well stocked. For the money it was good being right down town and free parking was a great benefit. Sure the renovations will make it even nicer."

"Well it was a place to sleep,first night of check in no wifi after 20 minutes trying to connect turned on TV sporadically worked and it went off,went to front desk and was told we're aware and working on it,last morning finally figured out if you go outside your door wifi connects an the stay within 8 feet of you door you slightly connected,was told oh we're going to add points to your IHG rewards every day for convenience,checked out and haven't received anything,always had good luck at holiday inn, but not this one 😡😡"

"The recently opened hotel was very nice. The room, grounds, and facility were very clean. The staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable especially the young lady who checked us in. I failed to get her name but was so kind and helpful and should be recognized for her efforts. We had breakfast at the on site restaurant where they were having a staff shortage but food was good. The dinner menu had a variety of things and was well prepared. The heated infinity pool was a nice amenity."
