"We had an amazing stay right on the water . Rooms are basic but bathrooms renovated . The balcony with water views and the grotto dining area are an extra bonus . "Such a lovely place to stay with a courtyard for off-road parking. The Italian owner helpfully spoke good English. He said he also spoke other languages as well. It is right on the edge of the lake and the front rooms have a view over the lake and the back rooms have a delightful view of the mountainside and over look a courtyard with typical Italian buildings. "This property is ran/owned by a young couple. The room and bathroom were spacious and quite nice. Very clean as well. It looks as a place they are still working on. Specially the outer part of the house. The hosts were very kind and nice. I recommend them for your stay. "

Unbelievable View! Amazing breakfast!

"Try finding a hotel with that view for that price anywhere in the world, the pictures just can't capture how amazing it is. Breakfast was the best I've had and worth £30+ but was included. Rooms were the cleanest by far I've stayed in and we are on a roadtrip around europe. The receptionist was very helpful and the owner went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. For the fact they have only just opened I'd get in while the prices are cheap as they will surely go up with popularity. Top recommendation from the owner, go and see the Balcony of Italy that is 15mins away WOW!"
