Very comfortable room and the highlight of our stay was definitely breakfast. Our kids loved cooking their own pancakes at the table. Property very close to the beach and all the amenities in New Smyrna Beach with the bonus of on site parking. Thank you for such an amazing stay. Would definitely recommend Inn on the Avenue.」

「I will never stay here again nor will I recommend it! There’s no one on sight, everything has codes. Code to front door, code to gate, code to room (which they gave me the wrong code). It was a nightmare to say the least! The one thing positive, and the only thing, is the room was clean. I would not make this motel available on Expedia.」
