Há um edifício em construção no terreno em frente que faz muito barulho o dia todo. O ar condicionado no andar superior não consegue resfriar a suíte. Fora esses 2 problemas a estadia foi muito boa. Em geral, eu recomendo.

A localização é excelente, contudo a noite o barulho de carros e motos na região, incomoda um pouco. O apartamento apresenta um excelente ambiente, amplo com todos os itens necessários para estadia. Apenas, em relação a limpeza das toalhas, do lençol e das louças não estavam adequadas.

É um apartamento bem preparado e confortável. Precisa levar mantimentos básicos e guardanapos, porque no ap nao tem. No mais, atendimento via WhatsApp bem prático e rápido. Bem localizado. Confortável. A manutenção das cortinas e do lavatório poderiam melhorar. Por ser uma hospedagem de longa duração, poderia oferecer lava louça e triturador de lixo na pia da cozinha. Pois estar de férias e ter que lavar louça é desconfortável.

Komfortabler Aufenthalt mit Hindernis

Das Appartement selbst war komfortabel, geräumig, sauber und hatte alles, was man von einem Appartement erwarten kann. Das Wohnhaus gleicht einem Hochsicherheitstrakt. Der Zugang zum Gebäude erfordert einen QR-Code. Und damit begannen die Probleme. Es bedurfte einer zeitaufwändigen Kommunikation mittels WhatsApp und der Hilfe eines Mitarbeiters, der uns bei der Ankunft - nach am Vortag erfolgtem online-checkin- hereinliess und uns eine neue Zahlenkombination für den Zugang in das Appartement besorgte. Am nächsten Tag hatten wir wieder das Problem mit dem QR-Code für den Zugang zum Gebäude. Wenn der Zugang verwehrt wird bekommt man dies in portugiesisch mitgeteilt. Ohne diese Sprachkenntnisse ist man verloren. Eine zufällig anwesende Hausbewohnerin liess uns herein. Daraufhin habe ich per WhatsApp erneut das Problem geschildert. Die Kommunikation erfolgte in englisch und man war bemüht, uns schnellstmöglich bei der Problembewältigung zu helfen. Letztendlich funktionierte der neueste QR-Code dann auf dem Handy meines Freundes bis zum Ende unseres Aufenthaltes. Grundvoraussetzung für einen reibungslosen Aufenthalt in diesem ohne Frage schönen Appartement ist eine stabile Internetverbindung und eine funktionierende Hard/Software. Ich persönlich würde nach der gemachten Erfahrung dieses Appartement nicht mehr buchen. Ein persönlicher Ansprechpartner vor Ort ist besser.

A localização é ótima, já fiquei em outros apartamentos e foi bom, mas sempre tem um porém, pelo custo bem elevado tá na hora de trocar o colchão do 306 , junto com novos talheres e pratos de melhor qualidade, fora que controle remoto da tv sem pilha e a mesma sendo solicitada não foi atendido.
