Instructions to enter the building, parking and apartment were clear and the apartment itself is very nice and well kept. One issue we had where we needed to contact someone to help but we were not able to as we didn’t know who to contact and how. Overall, the apartment is recommended and I would definitely stay there again. 」

「The address shown on Expedia is incorrect. I booked this based on the location. I tried to contact the host to confirm all was correct prior to day of booking but they didn't respond. On the day of the booking the hosts contact me asking for additional payment. I promptly paid this and heard nothing back. At check-in time I again tried to call the host and after few times calling they answered asking for the additional payment first. I told them that I had already paid. They then said they...

「This is a newly renovated unit in a large apartment building. The building seems neglected overall, but this unit is impeccable. The instructions to self check-in were consice with pictures and directions. I would definitely stay here again.」

「Great stay. The apartment is modern and clean. It is about a 15 minute walk to old town but there is a nice grocery/convenience store just a few minutes walk away. The walk to old town is downhill which but coming back is a little bit of an uphill hike. The apartment I was in had a washing machine but no dryer which was a little inconvenient. Overall it was a nice, quiet, clean, and secure building which made for a great stay in Cluj.」

「We really loved staying here. It has a huge garden and nice view. It was very spacious and Adrian the host was excellent. It really felt like a home from home and it was in close distance to the huge local mall. We were in a good location about ten min drive from old town. Thank you for a lovely stay.」

「The flat stank of cat piss and mould - it was unbearable - there is no service, no replies to emails, no replies on the phone calls, finding the instructions for the keys was a treasure hunt. No spare toilette paper, no place to store the suitcase. We also found people coming into the courtyard to relieve themselves during the day. 」
