「Old, noisy room. Traffic noise through the dilapidated windows. Paint was peeling off the old windows frames. Hair on the shower floor. Hard water stains down the walls in the bathroom. In one of the sinks, the cold water did not work, and judging by the stains around it, it must have been disconnected because it was leaking. Breakfast buffet very poor. Dinner was over priced for poor quality food. Altogether very disappointing, and desperately in need of renovation.」

「Great hotel in an excellent location close to everything. The breakfast was superb with a wide variety of options. The rooftop relaxation area is very nice, and the view of Serra do Curral makes the place even more pleasant. The room was good and spacious, but the bathroom was quite old and in urgent need of renovation.」

「The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. However, the property feels a bit outdated and could benefit from some renovations. The breakfast was okay, with enough options, but nothing particularly special. The main downside was the surrounding area, which didn’t feel very safe, especially at night. Overall, it was an acceptable stay, but I would probably choose a different location next time.」
