The Hotel in general was Good, but the bedroom cleaning wasn’t. The restroom was smelling bad. The licalization was great and the reception team was good as well. The breakfast was pretty good.

Worth it!

I was staying at a hostel that didn’t have AC. I noticed this hotel as I was walking past it. I asked if they had rooms available and was told yes and the rates. I looked on hotels.com and found it for a bit cheaper than if I had booked in person. Room was huge and clean. Breakfast was good as well.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The area by the pool was well kept and it is a great place to relax while watching the beautiful mountains in the city. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in a convenient area in the city. Breakfast was very good, but they need to replace the dishes more often. They need to keep in mind that it is a big hotel with a lot of guests. Some of the days I was not able to eat scrambled eggs, because the pot was very small and the kitchen staff did not replace it. Also the cheese bread were delicious, but for a few times they almost let it burned. A suggestion for the tables: cover them with plastic table cloth so it will be easier to clean and the table cloth will not get dirty as we saw. We spent 3 weeks in the hotel. It is a nice hotel, cleaned lobby and common areas.

A banheira do quarto estava rachada, não saia agua quente e tivemos que encher a mesma com a agua do chuveiro, a tv parava o sinal todo momento, passamos a virada de ano lá estávamos em grande expectativa, não houve nenhuma cortesia para os hospedes. Uma sugestão, poderiam soltar fogos lá na virada ou até mesmo dar alguma cortesia para os hospedes. No em tanto foi tudo muito bom, o café da manhã maravilhoso e atendimento impecável.
