We did not stay due to it being unsafe for young children. Until you arrive it is difficult to see the safety concerns for young children. Overall other quality of the unit is poor as well. Currently the owner has failed to refund us any of the four night stay we paid in advance.

Photos of the apartment are visible before booking in which the stairs of the apartment are visible.Unfortunately the reservation is no longer refundable within 30 days of guest arrivals. You asked for a refund after your check-in which was denied according to the terms of your reservation. We alwasy try to make our guest experiences the best they can be and would have been happy to try to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Unfortunately you decided to leave the apartment without contacting us.

Good family stay in Florence
Visiting Florence for a few days and this apartment was a great location to walk to many sites, restaurants, piazzas. Family of five and we had beds for all. Kitchen has basic items for cooking. There is a terrace off the dining area that was a nice place to have our morning espresso. Communication with the host was easy.
