「Couldn’t ask for a better view. We had room service breakfast on the balcony and it was lovely. Room was very modern, clean, and beachy. Fit 2 adults and 2 kids comfortably. Walk to the beach was steps. The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating. 4 stars for the staff overall- only because the restaurant made an error with our dinner reservation and I didn’t feel it was remedied. 」

「Had a medical emergency with one of the family members in the hospital stayed two nights wanted to get my third night back. They said I could not. I will never ever use. Expedia and I will always tell friends and relatives never to use them. That is horrible. Going to tell everyone how horrible Expedia is.」

「Checked in and back out 5 minutes later. The room smelled musty and moldy, everything in the room was damp. It looks like they put a quick coat of paint on the walls to hide everything that was wrong. Extremely disappointed. No refund either then I was asked if i did anything to the room or could it be re rented… shameful」

「The room was clean but asked for non smoking room, and our room badly smelled like smoke. The ground was full of cigarette butts and there was no place safe for me to walk my Service Dog. The staff did not speak or understand English, very hard to communicate what was needed. My husband fell in the very slick bathtub 4/13/2026 and is still hurting on 4/22/2026 This accident was reported to the front desk and nothing was done.」

「Overall, this is a very good hotel and one I would gladly return to. I really wanted to give it 5 stars because it gets so many things right—friendly staff, clean rooms, comfort, breakfast, ample parking, and great value in general. The staff truly stands out. 「Stayed here for my husband and I’s babymoon!! It was a really nice place!! It was perfect for us to stay somewhere that was walking distance to the beach! The room was amazing and nice and new!! Big king sized bed, everything super clean, staff was very friendly and they gave us complimentary snacks and drinks which was an added plus!! Definitely would stay again!!! 😁」

「Overall the stay was descent, however, the downfall is the location. Difficult to get sleep with boat motors launching, local truck meet up spot with trucks and cars revving up and burning out and the young crowd parting in the lot next to the hotel all night and early morning. No one available to discuss concerns, no staff at location through the night. 」

「Staff were very friendly and helpful from start to end. The airport shuttle to and from the airport was excellent. Our one night stay was in a clean room. We enjoyed sitting outside at a clean pool area. Coffee was very good.」
