The proper is in dire need of renovation and certainly not worth the price. The room was dark and noisy and the bathroom towels looked dirty.

Enjoyed our stay. The staff was very attentive. June appears to be off season so the resort wasn't sold out. Nice breakfast served by staff daily. Hot water was solar generated so with 11 hours of sunlight and clouds, we generally missed the hot water. There were only two outlets in the room. One near the floor under the desk and one by the bathroom sink so charging electronics and heating hot water for coffee and tea was a challenge.

Property was very old, dirty and not maintained. Staff was untrained and the food was disgusting. The Location on the ocean was nice, but they did not provide towels for the beach chairs. The mattress was very uncomfortable so I pulled back the sheet and was horrified at how dirty and disgusting was the mattress. Parking was very limited so that the cars had to park close together that you could not open your doors and had to remove the luggage before parking. The staff smelled as if they had not bathed in a week, toilet would not stop running, and the shower was disgusting. At best this a 2 star hotel with a bad smell. Avoid this dump

Bel emplacement et joli petit hĂŽtel

J’ai rĂ©servĂ© cet hĂŽtel en derniĂšre minute et les notes Ă©taient trĂšs moyennes. En fait l’HĂŽtel trĂšs bien situĂ© prĂšs des plus beaux resort de Flic en Flac un peu plus au calme qu’en plein centre, le lagon magnifique et chambre trĂšs spacieuse. Personnel sympathique, petit dĂ©jeuner anglais et français de qualitĂ© et compris dans la nuitĂ©e. ActivitĂ©s de snorkeling et de bateau Ă  fond de verre gratuites avec le complexe voĂźsin. Seul bĂ©mol, la salle de bain aurait besoin d’un petit rafraĂźchissement. Merci excellent sĂ©jour.

La porte de la chambre se ferme mal. On a donc le bruit du couloir toute la journée dans la chambre. Le petit déjeuner était trÚs moyen. La literie faisait du bruit et était un peu rigide. La salle de bains est assez ùgée

Das Personal war sehr nett und bemĂŒht, teilweise etwas chaotisch. Schönes Zimmer mit Blick auf Pool, Strand und in den Sonnenuntergang. Zimmer schön und gepflegt, vollkommen in Ordnung. FrĂŒhstĂŒck und Dinner vom Buffet ok, Abwechslungsreich und Geschmacklich.

Just what we wanted!!

We stayed there 25 days in all. Staff very helpful when things went wrong. We stayed on a bed and breakfast basis so we tried the evening buffet occasionally but we preferred to go out to other restaurants in Flic-en-Flac. Facilities were sufficient for our needs with a pool,sun loungers and easy access to the beach for swimming. Staff invariably helpful with one's requests whatever situation arose. It was just what we wanted!!

HÎtel les pieds dans l eau avec vue sur la mer. AccÚs facile au centre ville en prenant le bus. HÎtel ciblé plus pour le repos car aucune activité prévue. Dommage qu' il n y ait pas plus d explication lors de l arrivée sur le déroulement de l hÎtel car nous n avons pas trouvé la salle de fitness et ils ne communiquent aucun prix sur le spa

Idyllisk omrÄde med flott strand. Ikke bra renhold pÄ rommet. Etter at romservice hadde vÊrt pÄ rommet lÄ det forsatt sand igjen pÄ badet. Det var ikke flytende sÄpe i sÄpedispenserne men det var lagt frem sÄpestykker.Ikke toalettbÞrste pÄ toalettet. Frokosten kan forbedres. Melk og juice var ikke kald. Lite frukt selv om Mauritius flommer over av frukt. Ikke kokt egg, bare stekt og omelett. Kun en type ost og kjÞttpÄlegg. Ikke stort utvalg av grÞnnsaker og salater til middag. Veldig indisk preget.

Un peu déçus

HĂŽtel situĂ© un peu loin de tout sinon identique aux photos. L'accueil dĂ©cevant : bien que nous ne soyons pas exigeants et difficiles, nous avons Ă©tĂ© déçus et Ă©tonnĂ©s par l'accueil et notamment les jus de fruit non glacĂ© qui nous ont Ă©tĂ© servis. Le personnel est agrĂ©able, sans plus. La chambre 104 est Ă  EVITER. Nous avons tentĂ© d'en changer, sans succĂšs... Cette chambre donne sur les moteurs des clims, donc Ă  Ă©viter si vous ne supportez pas le bruit et voulez une belle vue. Un petit effort de ce cĂŽtĂ© lĂ  aurait Ă©tĂ© bienvenu. Les plats trĂšs Ă©picĂ©s Ă©taient, dans l'ensemble bons, mais Ă  Ă©viter si vous ne voulez pas passer vos journĂ©es aux toilettes. De mĂȘme que la musique de fond qui accompagne les repas devrait ĂȘtre changĂ©e car elle passait en boucle tous les jours... Dommage aussi qu'il n'y ait pas eu plus d'animation. HonnĂȘtement, je n'y retournerai pas.

Grosse déception

trÚs déçus en arrivant, nous n'avons pas eu les chambres réservées, internet payant, pas vue sur mer, aucun confort, fuites d'eau, problÚme de literie. hotel.com devrait bien s'entendre avec l'hÎtel avant d'annoncer tous ces prestations.

Appena siamo arrivati abbiamo dovuto farci cambiare il letto xche corto e stretto. Arredamento della camera pessimo: frigo piccolo da Max. 4 bott.posato x terra e con la ruggine. Vetro bagno rotto e camera rifatta dopo le 4 p.m. Colazione buffet misera: dopo le 9 non c'era piĂč nulla.servizio sdraio spiaggia inesistente

TrÚs bien situé, les pieds dans l'eau.

TrĂšs bon accueil et prise en compte dĂšs notre arrivĂ©e. HĂŽtel excellemment situĂ© avec piscine et transat trĂšs corrects. Cuisine de qualitĂ© mais repas de NoĂ«l pas Ă  la hauteur de l'Ă©vĂ©nement. Literie agrĂ©able mais dommage que la chambre avait encore des odeurs de cigarettes et que tous les matins la salle de bains regorgeait de petites fourmis arrivĂ©es de je ne sais oĂč ! Enfin, il est dommage que la WIFI ne soit pas inclus dans le prix de la rĂ©servation. Nous avons pris la WIFI pour 24h00 mais il n'a pas Ă©tĂ© possible de se connecter durant le sĂ©jour...

Hotell med restaurang och soldÀck precis vid stranden. VÀldigt trevlig och hjÀlpsam personal om Àn med ganska knackig engelska. Maten pÄ hotellet var helt okej men ganska dyr för kvalitén som bjöds. Perfekt om du vill ligga pÄ stranden, snorkla, Äka pÄ bÄtutflykter m.m. Finns en rad hotell i nÀrheten som gÄr att Àta lunch/middag pÄ om du tröttnar pÄ det egna hotellets mat. En del underhÄllning i form av musik och dans pÄ helgdagar men inget stÀlle att bo pÄ om du vill ha nÀra till nattliv och utekvÀllar. Annars ett utmÀrkt och prisvÀrt alternativ pÄ paradisön.

Bon séjour mais pas de wifi gratuit. Pour un séjour de 2 jours c'était correct mais le buffet n'est pas assez varié. Dans l'ensemble c'est bien surtout la proximité avec la plage et la gentillesse du personnel.
