「Hotel constantly tries to upsell - get spammed with emails before arrival about add ons. Was told at reception on arrival at 1.30pm that the room was ready, but hotel policy was that I couldn’t be given the key until 3pm. Asked for luggage storage and was directed to take my suitcase down a flight of stairs and then had to pay a further fee for luggage storage. Unfriendly staff - there are better options around, so don’t bother here.」

「Highly recommended! Hotel is clean and comfortable with spacious room. The light can be brighter though and it is a little bit inconvenient for the elderly to mount the step to go to the bathroom and toilet. Staff are very friendly and helpful, and very responsive even before my arrival to help me receive several books I ordered online.
