「We had a great stay in apartment number five, but our checkin process with the front desk at Crystal Hotel was horrible. Everything up to the payment was great, but then it turned to a complete mess. With no information at all, I was presented with a much higher bill than the Hotels.com confirmation. We do not use euros and I had to do a quick calculation in my head to notice the difference, which was significant. The front desk told us they had gotten new IT and he had to call his manager who...

「The cleanliness, privacy, spa, outdoor swimming pool which has the perfect temperature allowing us to swim for as long as we wanted and also the ski academy with slopes a few steps away! It was also a convenient 13 minute ride to city centre and also had a local shop nearby. The ski room and indoor shop were good as well. Food was of high quality, especially room service which often isn’t in some hotels. 」

「Tolle Unterkunft in zentraler Lage, Skilift ist fußläufig erreichbar, genügend Parkplätze sind vorhanden. Alle Mitarbeiter des Hotels waren freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Frühstück war vielfältig und mehr als ausreichend. Die Zimmer sind überdurchschnittlich groß, sauber, gemütliche Betten.」
