「We loved that the hotel was close enough to walk to town but without the crowds of being directly on 5th ave. It's a very pretty hotel with nice touches, e.g. beach chairs, towels and courtesy shuttle to beach as well as in room water each day, decent breakfast and peaceful. Microwave and refrigerator in room. However, no gym. You can get a day pass to a wellness center about a 20 min walk away but it's less convenient. Also, the front desk was woefully understaffed upon check-in and no bell...

The breakfast buffet was great and we really appreciated the shuttle service (with towels, umbrellas and beach chairs) for our afternoon at the beach. I would definitely return, and the people we were visiting with also liked it, and intend to tell others that might be traveling to Naples.」
