「Crappy meal service, bed next to wall making it hard to get in and out of, windows that didn’t open and no air conditioning, shower didn’t work, No disabled access, no room servicing each day, no phone in the room Entertainment was very Butlins if I had wanted that sort of entertainment I would have gone to Butlins, Reception staff unhelpful」

「On arrival my husband was given a door key card not the actual key that was actually needed. He was stuck outside the room on the second floor because had had all the luggage and didn't want to lug it back downstairs. Room was very hot with no view but fortunately had a fan. Bed was comfortable and TV reception was very poor. Best I can do was our stay was 2 star.🙂‍↕️」
