「Everything was great except I took a bad fall walking down the steep stairs at night and didn’t see the last step so it would have been good for the stairs to have some sort of lighting right on the steps or at the bottom to prevent falls」

「The hotel was nicely located near a good restaurant, at a nice downtown location near the pier, with very accessible parking. The room was ready earlier than expected and they were even cool with us parking a bit past our check-out time which made lunch on our last day that much easier. Definitely recommend!」

「A jewel in St Augustine. This hotel is very clean and all the staff were friendly and more than helpful. We started our day at the included breakfast area. A very nice assortment of items. Our waitress , Melinda, was so friendly she made breakfast a pleasure. The view from our room was tranquil in the am and lively at sunset. We did not use the pool but other guests appeared to enjoy it. We would return 」

「They advertise a bay view and I got a room with no water view at all. Without the view it’s just like an old motel. I would have never paid that much without having a nice view. One of the staff was rude. I asked for clarification on what was for breakfast because she explained it in a way I didn’t understand and she responded in a very snarky way. I don’t recommend 」

「The hotel and rooms smell very clean but after taking my shoes off in my room, it was obvious not all areas had been swept/vacuumed. Location is the best! Staff was always friendly and helpful. The condition of the room itself could’ve been better for a Hilton. Maintenance is not a priority here. One of our lamps wasn’t working, the bathroom vent fan was broken and there was no AC going to the bathroom. The room thermostat was off by several degrees- having to set it to 66° to make the room 70°....
