"check in was not ready, we had to wait for an hour to check in. Body wash in the bathroom was empty. Tv was not working but maintence came within a decent time to fix it. Our kids enjoyed the donuts and the pool. There is 3 working pools and a spa. Ihop is right around the corner. Be prepared parking is kind of a pain, but overall for the price it was ok, the view was amazing the room overall was decent the beds also comfortable"
"The staff overall was very courteous and professional! The room was clean, but the air conditioner for room 1402 needed maintenance, because it sounded loud like a mack truck when it was on."
"The property has a beautiful pool, is located right on the beach for easy access, and close enough to walk to many restaurants. However, the hotel is understaffed as the maids could not adequately clean the rooms. Our room was not cleaned until an hour after checkout time. Our room carpet was filthy and the shower curtain had a lot of mold."
"This is a really great location and a very quaint property. The only issue that I had was that the wifi was too weak to connect to so I needed to use my hot spot. The AC didn't cool the room until the middle of the night either. In the properties defense though, the day was very heavy humidity from rain, and when I spoke with the front desk they were very thankful for the information and stated they would get the wifi corrected. I would stay again if in the area"
"From the start the front desk staff were very rude, she put down 1 person staying when I told her 5. I had visitors come to see me and my mom as it was our 1st time back in Florida after 3 years. The staff made us leave at midnight not due to noise or any complaints, just bc we had visitors and then used the excuse I checked in with 1 person when we were given 5 wristbands for the pool. We were not even at the hotel for 12 hours, nothing wrong with the room and still have not received my deposit back."
