「The hotel is big with lots of rooms but the rooms are arranged in a way that there are lots of corridors and it may be difficult to locate a room. Rooms are clean and stylish, with reasonable space in this expensive city. Room facilities are also good. However, staff if the reception is not helpful. We asked for their help to call taxi to go to airport on our date of departure but he seemed not willing to do so. Charge for usd 15 per person to enter Spa area, and the spa is fair but area very small. Noisy room, can hear sound of people talking and the water tube, we took earplugs at night to sleep.
