「Hotel Globus was a wonderful home base for out time in Florence. Everything was walkable, close proximity to the train station and two blocks from where the taxis can drop off. Our room was perfect. We had a triple and our son had his own space. The beds were comfortable and breakfast had offerings for everyone. Gluten free and vegan options are available, and they take your coffee orders too. The staff, Dina in particular, were kind and helpful. My phone fell out of my pocket on a taxi ride...

「out of 3 rooms we were presented, 2 were not cleaned when we checked in approximately 9pm. Additionally, it advertised restaurant, but that was not true, when we arrived, we were directed to neighbor restaurants in a neighborhood with vary little alternatives; same applied to breakfast. in a nutshell, does not deliver the promise」

「very close to the airport and Luigi (the driver) who drove us from the airport to the hotel was extremely nice and friendly. The night receptionist (man) was a bit rude and rushing us when we asked to many questions. Internet worked. Great breakfast. the rooms were clean but a bit small. We thought that since the location is a bit close to the airport and it would be very loud at night, but in fact, the flights are not active and was very quiet」
