"The room was excellent. However, I stayed on the hottest day of the year and the room was sweltering and unfortunately the hotel had run out of fans. Not the end of the world though............the bar was airconditioned and the Otter ale was fab."

"Really close to M5 which is really convenient. It looked like our room hadn’t been used for a while. It was clean but we had to clean a layer of dust from the furniture and kettle which was odd.
