"Comfortable room but we found we were disturbed by noise from the road outside and people above us. Housekeeping missed our room after the first night so we were stuck with a wet floor mat which wasn’t ideal. Probably wouldn’t have bothered booking here if we realised the spa cost 250kr / 500kr (weekend) above the room cost. We didn’t bother with it in the end. Breakfast was pretty good, but got a bit too busy on Sunday. Have had better experiences at other Radisson properties elsewhere."

"The staff at Quality Hotel 11 are wonderful - warm, welcoming, friendly and very helpful. I had a wonderful weekend there, and definitely plan to go back. The hotel is beautifully designed, the breakfasts are fantastic, and I would highly recommend a stay there - particularly if you're going to an event at Eriksbergshallen! "

"First impressions - matters. After checking in online, I got a message my room was ready. I tried to check in at 14:40 - to be told that they charge me £20 to release the room before 16:00 hrs (not mentioned in the ’room ready’ message. This left a bitter taste for the whole hotel experience. Shame as location, pool, sauna and breakfast really was excellent."
