「Our room was totally redone and was very omfortable and clean; we had a balcony with a nice view of the golf course; enjoyed breakfast every morning at the Baja Grill - they offered an extended buffet with many items to choose from and also had eggs or omelets cooked to order. AAWe had a very relaxing time at the pool and enjoyed the pool bar Latitudes. Overall we had a great time!」

「First room we had was dirty, the room we moved to was better but it is very outdated and they didn't have enough pillows to give us one for the pullout sofa. Smoke alarms went off at 1:45AM and we had to evacuate the building. The fire department determined it was a faulty smoke detector in one of the rooms. They have cameras in the hallways and the wiring is just stapled to the ceiling and the walls, the place looks very shady. We left after the first night, we were supposed to stay two...

「The worst thing was the hygiene of the food buffet and the service staff. They use the same gloves to serve the food, arrange the bread, mop the floor with a rag and pick up the trash from the floor. I saw a person picking up leftovers from the fried egg bowl that had fallen and putting them back in the plate…Terrible!!! Too much space in the room, can be added some kitchen tools. 」

「The Lucie was Amazing, Joey checked us in and he was wonderful, excellent Customer Service! Our Bartender Gina was AWESOME, she made our Anniversary so special again Excellent Customer Service! We had a great breakfast and was lucky enough to have Michelle wait on us, she was so nice and did a great Job! Our room was so Beautiful and the bed was so compy - The Lucie is a Jem we LOVED IT!! I would highly recommend this Hotel at all my Family and Friends! The Staff were Amazing, we will be going...

「We had a 2 bedroom, 2 bath. It was clean, spacious and had comfortable beds. The furniture in the main and dining area was nice. View of the beach and access to it were great. They had many options for extra activities like tennis, shuffleboard, pool tables etc. Tried our hand at shuffleboard and had fun. Felicia (I think that was her name? ) that checked us in was very friendly and was a wealth of information for the area. 」
