「This hotel has now become a Premier Inn. We booked in March to stay at the Holiday Inn Express. We received an email from Premier Inn saying they would honour our booking. This was not quite the case and we are still waiting to hear from Premier Inn. Having paid in full through Expedia, was told at reception on booking in that we haven't paid so a credit card was presented and payment taken (again) from that. 「Our favorite hotel of our trip. We were charged by the Hotel for the room that was pre paid with Expedia rewards but sure it will be sorted soon. Hope to stay there again. 」
