"I stayed at the Sophy Hyde Hotel four nights in October 2025 while attending a conference. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were welcoming from the start. My room was clean and modern, with a comfortable bed and a fantastic city view. This is my third time staying at this hotel, Overall, the hotel exceeded my expectations. Those breakfast pancakes yummy I’d definitely recommend it to business travelers and families alike."

"We had a very good stay near the airport. The facilities are very good, the rooms clean and well equiped. Staff was nice. Drawbacks are: The fitness center is to small to put a mat down on the floor, and the food buffet needed more enticing fruit and better tasting coffee. Will stay here again."

"The room was very clean the housekeeping stuff was very polite and accommodating the front desk staff as well very polite very welcoming and very helpful. The location is perfect really close to Midway Airport the only thing I will say is my only complaint was you could hear the traffic noise outside."
