"The problem we experienced was related to a staff at check out. The male staff repeatedly insulted us. The staff stated that "we are unreasonable to make that comment". We requested for our deposit, and he said they will have to check later. And we said we hope nothing changed. That was the unreasonable comment."

"The room was clean, there was plenty of parking, I didn't look for a laundry facility to notice if those options were available or not. As I only stayed one night, the only negative for me was how the location suffers from traffic noise all hours of the day and night which made it difficult for me to sleep."
