「Breakfast was really good!! Parking was well lit and felt secure.」

「I requested a handicap accessible room while i am grateful to have been on the 1st floor;there were no safety bars in the shower nor near the the extremely low toilet.」

「The staff was not at the front desk at check in they had to be located by the cleaning lady. The hotel and the second floor smelled odd very very powerful cleaning supplies. Like they wanted to mask about smell. The room we stayed in was horrible. The AC did not work consistently, the toliet seat lid was only covering about 75%of the toilet. There was no toliet paper holder. Some of the hotel products were ripped off the wall. The water pressure in the shower was so high it hurt to shower in...

「It needed a *little* upgrading - like the drain in our bathroom sink as a little bit clogged and the chrome part of the shower dial, 1/2 of it was rubbed off and not shiny like the rest and made it look a little old.. but again these are small cosmetic details that can be easily fixed. Also it would have been nice to have an in room coffee maker, so we brought our own - but other than this the stay was perfect! :-)」

「There were boogers all over the walls, cigarette burns on the blankets, chewed gum stuck to the head board, dead bugs on the walls and floors and it looks like it's never been swept」

「LOTS of codes to keep track of -- for the building, for your room, for the pool. We arrived early and were grateful to have our code updated so we could access our room (it did take a few tries). No staff onsite except for a housekeeper, so it all felt pretty impersonal. Our room had a mildewy smell and after an overnight thunderstorm there was water collecting on the windowsill -- the property manager did assure me they would address that immediately.」

「The first day I lived on the first floor was still noisy, and the bathroom leaked. The next day, the front desk service staff helped me adjust it to the second floor, and the whole was better. The attitude of the service staff is still good.」

「The staff made me park by the front gate and tote my bag all the way to the back to room 137 even though the parking lot was empty! I’ll never stay there again!」
