「Our stay here was a complete disaster. We originally requested a midnight check-in, but the host suggested we wait until the following day, which we agreed to. Despite the extra time they had to prepare, check-in was still delayed the next day, and the host was completely unresponsive to our messages. 「For the price paid, the apartment was not ready for us to check in and we spent over an hour waiting for the cleaner to finish. The cleanliness wasn’t great either. There were no washing liquid and kitchen towels. The pillows and beddings looked like they were not washed either. The floors weren’t mopped as we could still see dirt on the tiles. 」
