「We love off the beaten path places to stay. This place was lovely right next to a nature preserve with a gorgeous view of the cliffs on the ocean. The beach is not easily accessible. The staff is what really made the place stand out. They went above and beyond to accommodate us and give us suggestions for restaurants and excursions. I would highly recommend.」

「The property is in a beautiful setting surrounded by lush greenery and the views of the sunset and ocean from our balcony was amazing. The beach is a short 5 min walk down the trail from the property. The town of ferragudo is about 2 km from the property and takes 20 to 25 min to walk via the beach or down the road. We enjoyed the peace of the pool and surrounding lounging areas. Highly recommend and will definitely come back. The staff were especially nice.」

「The Bel Mar was great. The rooms were very spacious. Not only was it a nice hotel it was also a great value. There was a washing machine in the unit too which the timing couldn’t have been more perfect. The staff was helpful. Multiple pools, great view, easy walk to the beach, convenient on site parking. 「Staff is friendly. There is a hotel section and an apartment section at this property which is very new. We stay in an apartment which is very cleanly maintained. The sea view apartment has a great view. Kitchen was well equipped except that there was no pan among the utensils. We see a paper towel rack but no paper towel. Suggest to provide paper towel as well as aluminum foil for use in the oven. It was hard to clean with the cookie sheet after used. Check in time was 15:00 but we...
