We were particularly pleased to learn that the restaurant makes extensive use of locally sourced ingredients, which added a wonderful sense of freshness and authenticity to each meal. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of Grindelwald station. Since we were traveling with luggage, we called the hotel from the station information desk and arranged for the shuttle service, which was very convenient. In addition, there is a bus stop directly in front of the hotel, and the buses arrived reliably on schedule. Once we had checked in, we used the local bus service for all of our transportation, and found it to be both comfortable and extremely convenient.
Overall, the gracious service, welcoming atmosphere, excellent cuisine, and convenient location made our stay truly memorable."
