I book the transportation service for two person with confirmation from the hotel.But when I landed in Sofia I waited in the airport for half an hour.Nobody waiting in the airport as promised by hotel.We I go outside of the airport,I saw the car of the hotel.The driver told me the reservation has been canceled.He had to pick up a group..So I could only a terrible old taxi to hotel.And the hotel charge me 24 euro in total!!When I checking,I asked the reason why the hotel did not inform me in...

「Excellent hotel, centrally located in Sofia. Nice breakfast buffet selection. Room was spacious, clean and well decorated/maintained. Little noise from the bar downstairs but nothing to disturb your sleep. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Overall a great stay」
