The Hotel Executive asistant manager acknowledged my comment and send me a card however come with a set of amenities as same as the welcome amenities. Can see how robotic and service without heart.

「I had a great stay at Location Alabin Hotel. The hotel is in a very convenient central location, within easy walking distance of Sofia's main attractions, restaurants, and public transport.
The staff were friendly, responsive, and very communicative before and during my stay. Check-in was smooth, despite me arriving 1:30 am. The room was nice, and everything was clean and well maintained. It offered excellent value for money and was a great base for exploring the city.
