"Perfect for families. Nice, neat, fresh clean rooms & a bathroom you can actually move around in. Shower comes supplied w conditioner/shampoo/bodywash. Sink has ample room for guests toiletries. The mattresses were very comfortable & the pillows were perfectly firm & puffy. The hotel smelled clean & was bright. The pool area was extremely clean & well kept. I have no complaints aside from how incredibly small the parking lot in comparison to the size of the hotel. 5 stars! *****"

"Staff was friendly and the room was spacious. That’s all the positives I have. Room was poor quality for the price. Disappointed as we thought we were paying for a premium room. Property is older and the floors and beds squeaked. We had someone knock on our door twice at 3 AM and again at 7:30 AM. Staff shrugged us off telling us there’s a bar close by and they probably had the wrong room. Not the experience we had hoped or paid for. "

"The staff was very friendly, and the breakfast was enjoyable. They were doing construction on the property, and the pool was not available. I feel like our sheets were dirty, and there was sand inside of them, but other than that, everything else seemed to be pretty clean."

"Check In time was supposed to be at 3 and it was more than an hour late. We arrived at 3:35 with a baby whom had a poopy diaper. There was not a single room available until 4:05. And no changing tables in the restroom. The friendly staff did everything they could to apologize. Bits it’s annoying and stressful. "

"During cooler evenings and days in March, the hot tub was used as the kiddie pool even though there is an indoor pool. Children were using goggles in the hot tub. At one point there were 17 people in the hot tub, hotel needs wrist bands too to ensure paying individuals belong there. There was no oversight, Hilton can pony up and heat the pool, other hotels manage it. "
