「Admittedly, we went at the busiest time of year, so sure, pool loungers and umbrellas were in short supply. Everything else was spot on. We stayed in a Preferred Room, which gave us a much easier check in, access to the lounge and adult pool. The room was wonderful and well appointed and so comfy. Beach was clean, empty and wildly enjoyable. Staff were SO kind and thoughtful.」

「Staff was excellent, room and resort was very clean, bar was well stocked. The worst thing was food at buffet. I’d give it a 2.5-3 out 5, not horrible but not anything to rave about. 」

「Very little if any spoken English which made it hard to communicate with any staff members. Very much so a more visited resort from locals in Mexico. Food was below average with very few options to pick from and same stuff day after day. Nathalie our server at the outdoor bar was the best part of our trip! She was very nice and always attentive and had drinks to us the whole day. 」

「This was a wonderful mix of vacation resort and authentic local vibes. We really enjoyed the hotel, the customer service was excellent the food was amazing including the buffet! I have food restrictions and never felt like I couldn't order something at the restaurants. The beach was a 10, soft sand and fun surf/boogie waves. The ONLY challenge I had was with the beds- they were VERY firm, pillows were soft the rooms were mildly musty. Overall we would love to go back!」
