"This was a really lovely place to stay! Close to grocery stores, trams, and lovely parks to lounge in. Perhaps a touch on the expensive side, however, at the drop of a hat they sent us up more towels, coffee pods, and dish soap. I love that kind of personal service when we’re abroad. Bedroom and bathroom(s) are downstairs, with everything else up a flight of stairs, so if there are mobility issues, I wouldn’t recommend. Thank you guys so much for having us!!"

"Rooms are okay but a deeper cleaning would be advised. Beds are clean, comfortable and bedding changed every other day. Bathroom is clean and maintained. Staff is friendly and helpful, breakfast is absolutely delicious and there is a great selection with high quality items. Warmer days I would stick with rooms that has a window to the courtyard rather than to the street, cars sound like drag racing almost every evening and the birds were extremely loud on the close tree. I would still recommend it as a great hotel to stay when visiting Vienna. Good price/value ratio."

"I rarely leave negative reviews, but this was genuinely one of the worst hotel experiences I have had in over 30 years of travelling and staying in hotels around the world. The biggest issue was the temperature in the room. It was extremely cold, around 18°C, and completely uncomfortable. When I went to reception to ask whether the heating could be turned on, the staff were dismissive and unhelpful. I was simply told that the heating had been switched off for the season and that nothing could be done. No alternative solution was offered, no portable heater was available, and there was no attempt whatsoever to help a paying guest who was clearly uncomfortable. I contacted Expedia, who also contacted the hotel on my behalf. Unfortunately, they encountered the same lack of willingness to assist. To make matters worse, another guest informed me that there was mould growing in her room. For a hotel that claims to be four-star accommodation, this is completely unacceptable. Based on my experience, this hotel falls far short of the standards I would expect from a four-star property in Vienna. The combination of an uncomfortably cold room, poor customer service, and reports of mould left a very negative impression. I would not stay here again and would not recommend this hotel to others. It was an extremely disappointing experience and one that I did not expect from a hotel in Austria. I only chose it as had an AM appointment 8 min walk from the hotel."

"This is a very nice hotel that is well located within a short walking distance of most tourist attractions. There are many restaurants nearby including some that are less expensive. Transportation options are right outside the door. There is a restaurant inside the hotel that serves good food. Staff is superb."

"Excellent hotel overall, couldn’t fault it for comfort, cleanliness, value and location. It was well worth adding on breakfast as it kept us going most of the day, it was a great choice of buffet. There isn’t any concierge help as such, the receptionist checking us in did not answer in much detail any questions (we were the only people in reception) but the Wien travel app is really good once you have worked out ticket purchase and direction. Bar, restaurant and housekeeping staff was very good. I would highly recommend the hotel."
