「Unfortunately, I had to cancel my visit to Johannesburg due to a strange tourist visa requirement, thus missed my planned time there. However, I am motivated to log this review simply because I am very impressed by the hotel communication. It was prompt, extremely polite and very understanding and supportive. 「The lodge is clean with wonderful & friendly staffs. The perimeters are under surveillance . There is no microwave in the rooms, you have to come to the reception to use the microwave. I hope the management make provision for this. The overall rate is good.」

「I arrived after midnight and found staff in pajamas sleeping. They had no clue about my reservation even though it was booked 2 weeks ahead of time. I had to find my booking confirmation and show credit card statement of payment. Then i was walked through a dark alley to what could be otherwise considered the "boys quaters". My taxi driver was so scared of leaving me all alone and stayed until i got into my room. It was an ok room, sofa , tv, bed,bathrom, kitchen. I could smell the dust even...

「Great walkable from the shopping area and because of the parking included you don’t have to pay to park in the mall. I didn’t eat onsite as so can’t review the food. Staff were friendly and the place is fairly modern and of a decent standard. Would stay again」
