「Under renovation was not informed prior to booking. Room was unacceptable but neither management or Expedia were interested in helping. Toilet was broken and ran constantly making noise and causing the room to be damp and smell bad. Dead roaches seen in the hall that were just left along with other renovation debris.」

「The hotel smelled HORRIBLE despite air purifiers being everywhere. The pool was cloudy and had bandaids floating in it. The handicap lift for the pool was cracked and falling apart. Upon arrival, there were French fries on the floor. My daughter pulled the sheets back and there were spiders in the bed. The hotel staff was not helpful or very nice. They didn’t want to refund me. I contacted Expedia customer service and they quickly helped me and got my money back.」

「Soon as we pulled up to the property at 1:30 am we noticed a lot of people standing outside. One of those people walked up to the car to attempt a drug transaction not knowing who we were. There was noise and traffic throughout the night which made it impossible to sleep. Lastly the room had fleas」
