「Cobvenient Nice hotel Will stay again」

「We were a group of 10 persons, occupied 5 rooms for staying 2 nights. The hotel generally speaking is a good hotel, with clean and comfortable rooms. However, two of the rooms were found problem in water supply for bathing where only hot (very hot) water supply but no cold water for the shower. When asking for repairing service in the late night, the reply was unfavourable. Until the next morning, only one room could be fixed while the other was settled by changing another room for my friends.」

「We were given an 'accessible' room for some reason. It was old and in need of refurbishment. I had requested 2 beds but there was just one small double. Very basic. 」
