「Dirty room. Ants everywhere. Stained sheets. Smelled like smoke.」

「Property needs major updates and a thorough cleaning. Good location, but the room left a lot to be desired. Did not want to use the mini fridge or microwave due to condition. There are nicer places for the same price in neighboring towns.」

「The renovated suite was wonderful! The breakfasts were really good. Several of the breakfast supplies were low or out and when asking the staff, she said to look at the other stations and continued to stay in the kitchen area. Not friendly.」

「The outside of the property needs some improvements and sprucing up. The carpet in the room was extremely dirty, turned our feet black. The beds are ok, but not very comfortable. The metal bed frame made loud noise when turning over in the beds. The mattress could defiantly use an upgrade. The reclining chair in the room had a large paint stain and needs cleaned or replaced. And the arm of it was kind of broken. The table between the beds was sticky. The bathtub faucet leaks, doesn't shut off...

「We had a horrible experience with this hotel. We booked our trip through Expedia for a relative's wedding. Upon arrival the hotel claimed to never receive the funds from Expedia and forced us to pay them directly at a higher rate than Expedia. Went back and forth with the staff and Expedia support. Whole trip was ruined. Expedia came through in the long run and refunded our original price. Hotel staff barely spoke english and hardly answered the phones when Expedia would call to resolve the...

「The room was clean and spacious. The bathroom was nice, and looked fresh and clean. Everything in the room looked updated. We especially enjoyed having a television in the living room area and in the bedroom . My husband was able to watch his shows while I slept. The kitchen was very clean and there was an icemaker in the fridge, which was very convenient.」
