Air conditioning worked, check in clerk was friendly, bed was comfortable, surfaces were mostly clean, but the cabinets were old and chipping apart at the edges, carpet was dirty and stained, and there were no dishes at all.

There were a few quirks that were annoying, like when i first arrived my door key wouldnt work or the slight off smell to the room. Although the staff were very patient and friendly

Rooms... First room had no bathroom door and the toilet wouldn't flush, second room had no heat and the toilet didn't flush, third room didn't have a bathroom light and we watched roaches crawl the walls, the entire hotel was filthy ghetto people staying there... The room beside of us, the kids started at 6a and didn't stop for 15 hours sounded like WWE the entire time... It was too late to get a refund so we had to stay both nights... I lived in ESA in another state for a while it was NOTHING like this!!! Will NOT be back to this one
