"The staff have been amazingly kind and helpful to us. They let us store out bags for 3 days before we checked in, explained where the bags would be since the lick boxes were malfunctioning. To our surprise, the bags were already waiting for us in our room when we checked in. So kind! The kids loved the loft in the room. Bed linens and towels were very nice. Everything was clean and toiletries smelled good. The inly suggestion I have is to update the pillows. They were flat as pancakes and even folding them in half didn't help. "
