When we grabbed our suitcases, they never verified and checked whether the suitcases really belonged to us. Seems like people could have taken/stolen other suitcases easily.

「A truly wonderful stay! The hotel is stunning and exceptionally clean, featuring spacious rooms with a very comfortable mattress. Overall, a fantastic experience.」

「Central Air conditioning, therefore can't adjust the temperature, and bring me a fan finally. TV not working. Location is near the main train station.」

「Very clean, nice staff and the breakfast is luxurious!」

「Near central station, nice room and friendly staff」
