「Simply charming. Located just a block from the Old Town and surrounded by medieval buildings, churches, and towers. Everything was perfect; the breakfast was delicious and made to order. The fruit, bread, and jams were fresh—no preservatives or pre-packaged products. The person in charge of the kitchen was very kind and attentive. The rooms were lovely, featuring antique furniture, and ours offered incredible views of the Tuscan landscape. We were treated like royalty. Furthermore, the location...

「Charming, quaint, fit the area. Comfortable bed. We came at night so it was a little difficult to find the door. Host is very helpful.」

「It’s seen its best day a while ago. Basic necessities for an overnight, but I wouldn’t choose it again.」

「We have stayed at various places in Italy during our recent trip. This place was comfortable enough. Small rooms hut adequate. No breakfast but there are plenty of places to have breakfast locally My biggest problem was that they never mentioned that this location is Ina ZTL restricted area or ask for us to provide a license plate to register. 「Good quiet location and very nice rooms. Do not miss the restaurant, it is excellent! Not far from Florence and an excellent place to recover.」

「Francesco, our host, is so nice and welcoming. We had the beat stay and our room had the most fantastic view. Excellent breakfast, place was super clean and quiet. We highly recommend.」

「Lovely stay at a little gem in Volterra. Enrico the owner has created a great concept with different apartments around the city and the restaurant is serving delicious local plant based food. Don’t miss the cheesecake ❤️」

「Very nice and helpful staff. I loved the first place」

「Fantastic all around experience. The rooms were beautiful and clean and this unique mix of rustic modern Italian styling. Located right in the heart of the old city made it very easy to walk everywhere. The service was fantastic, I was able to message the team and within a minute I got the help and had my questions answered. I’d definitely stay there again.」

「Two dogs barking all the time. No Ac. Toilet crammed. Exhaust fan making noise all night. The owner was the meanest person- talking to us as if we were staying free. Worst experience of our life」
