"We didn't have breakfast but it seemed pretty limited - juice, some pastries, cereal. The room was clean, which was all we were looking for. But the hallways were pretty dingy and the hotel felt like a sketchy place. But, again, the rooms were clean and comfortable, so that's the important part. It's in a decent location too."

"The room was old and the sink was broken the toilet tissues was used 3 pillows on a king bed door was broken . Look like it got bust open . Smh the room was way inthe back and it wasn't a good stay staff threw the coffe cream i asked for. Horrible. Rude and on his phone the whole time. It was supposed to be a smoke free room. It was the room frm hell . "

"Hotel was very clean and staff extremely helpful. We booked this as an overnight after driving through Shenandoah and it was a great location off of the southern terminus. The pool was nice for our kiddo and the free breakfast was exceptional. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Checking in was great and efficient. Staff was very informative and helpful. The morning after check in we discovered that the bath tub had not been cleaned. Totally unacceptable! When I told the front desk the staff member said she would let the manager know. That is far as it went. It never got cleaned. Would not stay there again!"

"It takes 7-9 steps down t0 get to the pool ,my wife can't go down many steps."
