「I went there for the pool and the pool was great. The hot tub was currently out of order which isn't that big of a deal because the pool was awesome. But from the moment we got there things just weren't right. When we got into our room we opened the pull-out couch and it was full of crumbs and dirt. Then we got the pull out linens and there were yellow stains on them and they were obviously not clean. We called the front desk to ask for another one and they brought us a little sheet thingy that...

「Checkin was a breeze! My room when I first entered had kind of a musty smell, but it dissipated quickly by turning on the fan. My TV was broken, but the manager was so sweet and she brought me a new one right away. Breakfast was what I expected and the omelet was really good. My only suggestion would be to get new mattresses, mine wasnt bad but it will need to be updated soon. All in all I could not have asked for a nicer experience. All of the staff were friendly and had a smile. 」

「Very clean and beautiful hotel. The rooms are elegant with cozy furniture and bedding and great views! I had a golf view room, and enjoyed visiting the courtyard and sitting by the lake. Would highly recommend staying here; it’s safe and friendly for solo travelers and in a great location near the freeway and lots of grocery stores, restaurants, etc. My only gripe was that the hotel tried to charge me for market items (snacks + a bottle of wine) when I hadn’t ordered any.
