「Caroline at the front desk was so lovely & cheerful ! She overheard we were coming to look at Cliveden for our wedding venue & wanted us to feel the experience & excitement so very generously upgraded us! All staff very welcoming - The facilities 10/10 especially the spa ! 」

「This is the 2nd time I stayed in this hotel within two weeks. Appreciated the location, services and facilities very much! The checkin took longer time than expected as there was only one staff on duty at around 5:30pm for a long queue. I especially would like to thank Muriel at the reception and Mehdi at the spa who’re very helpful and friendly. A very pleasant stay and will sure come back for my next visit to London.」

「古堡式酒店，離倫敦不太遠，祇可惜火車後接駁酒店比較麻需要自己預備車，或安排的士，若是大清早就到就更加需要。酒店内外都非常整潔，員工都非常親切。」

「I had an exceptional stay at the Langley for my birthday. From the moment we arrived the service was impeccable. Our room was gorgeous & so spacious! The spa is well looked after & very clean. I had the whole women’s spa area to myself for a good hour & it was so relaxing! We unfortunately missed out on using the outdoor pool due to closure for winter but the we did walk the grounds & they’re so well kept & beautiful for an autumn walk.
