「Lovey staff, very welcoming and the food is fantastic 」

「飯店的照片與實際的有很大出入，房間相對殘舊。飯店沒有提供牙刷及剃鬚用品。因為位處郊區，房間內蜘蛛的數量，多得恐怖。」

「We had an excellent experience in this hotel. It was the first time we visited this hotel. Located a bit away from the city centre, the hotel's deco, ambience and service were comparable to a 5-star hotel. We were particularly impressed by the service of Ali, proactive, considerate and detailed to meet our needs, even the unspoken. We had dinner and breakfast in the hotel and found them enjoyable. 」

「Perfect. We stayed for a night, wish we could’ve stayed more. The room and bathroom were so clean and seems to have recently been renovated. Friendly staff that also works for the Pub in front. Love this quaint little Inn that’s located in a quaint little town in the Cotswolds. Come and don’t hesitate checking in, you’ll love it too.」

「We were very surprised to find a small and beautiful town named Lechlade nearby. And it is 45 hours' drive to Cotswold which was quite acceptable. However the room was not tidy enough but still in the acceptable range.」

「Stunning visit- stayed just for 1 night but could not have been better. Upgraded room to Suite which was stunning. Flawless service, great food, and the Spa was brilliant. Thanks to all the team, really special stay. Feedback note- some confusion between kitchen and hotel services as to whether breakfast was included- kitchen disputed whether it was included which is a little awkward. Apart from this very minor note, was fantastic. 」

「Convenient, near to the city centre and the bus terminal. Not good choice for family, especially about the bathroom setup. The shower is fixed on the wall, while the sink is too high for kid」
