Located a bit away from the city centre, the hotel's deco, ambience and service were comparable to a 5-star hotel. 「We really enjoyed our stay at The Lakes by Yoo. Everything was clean and well designed and the pool and spa facilities were good. Most importantly the staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. There was a minor issue with our original room so they kindly upgraded us to a suite for our final night, which we weren't able to stay in as we had to leave due to a family emergency, but the gesture was greatly appreciated. We hope to visit again in the future! 」

「We were very surprised to find a small and beautiful town named Lechlade nearby. And it is 45 hours' drive to Cotswold which was quite acceptable. However the room was not tidy enough but still in the acceptable range.」
