"Dealbreaker for most people: not only does the dorm not have outlets by the beds—it only has one double outlet for the whole room of 4 beds (and it’s up high where you can’t set your phone on anything). Buy a power strip, guys! I had another stay here where I was in a private room and that was quite nice. Great location. You need to bring your own towels and padlocks for dorms. (They theoretically had towels for rent but they weren’t available when I was there.) no AC, just fan. Half front desk...

"A nice boutique hotel in Providencia, a safe and convenient area for tourists with several cafés and restaurants nearby. The premises and rooms were spotless, with housekeeping done well each day. The room itself was quite small—less spacious than expected—but functional, with a fridge and kettle provided. Guests can refill water bottles at the dispenser in the lobby. Most of the staff were pleasant and friendly. I didn’t include breakfast in my stay but tried the hotel restaurant twice; the food was fine, though Santiago offers better options."
"The hotel was lovely; our room was spacious and elegant; breakfast buffet was amazing; staff could not have been more accommodating. It was a wonderful experience, all told."
"My stay at Solace Hotel was absolutely amazing from beginning to end. The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The ambiance was beautiful and inviting, with stunning décor, a modern and elegant atmosphere, and an overall attention to detail that made the experience feel truly special.
The hotel was exceptionally clean, and my room was comfortable, beautifully maintained, and offered an incredible view. The food was also excellent, adding another highlight to an already wonderful stay.
One of my favorite parts of the hotel was the rooftop. The atmosphere, views, and overall setting made it the perfect place to relax and take in the surroundings. It was definitely one of the highlights of my visit.
I also want to give a special recognition to Azul, who was absolutely amazing. Azul provided exceptional help and assistance throughout my stay and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and taken care of. The level of hospitality and genuine care shown was truly appreciated and made my experience even better.
From the beautiful décor and cleanliness to the delicious food, breathtaking views, rooftop atmosphere, and outstanding staff, Solace Hotel is a place I would highly recommend. It was an exceptional experience, and I would gladly stay here again on my next visit.
Thank you to the entire Solace Hotel team that always had a smile, remained professional and especially Azul, for making my stay so memorable!"
"We had an absolute wonderful stay. Wish we could have stayed longer! The breakfast was excellent, the staff was friendly, helpful and kind and the rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. Will stay again if ever back in Santiago and will recommend to anyone we know going to Chile."
"El personal muy amable, siempre dispuestos a ayudar, la comida estuvo muy bien y la ubicación y el desplazamiento a otros lugares también, lo recomiendo."
"I stayed at Icon hotel for five consecutive days during a ski trip to Valle Nevado. The hotel is stunning, comfortable, and very clean. What I loved most was its great location in Santiago. Manquehue Metro Station is about 5-minute walk from the hotel. From there I can ride the Metro line to connect with the pick-up point that heads towards nearby Andes ski centers like Valle Nevado, La Parvati, etc."

8/10 Good
"Muy buen parador para una estadía cerca de las pistas de esquiar. Apartamento con todo lo necesario para la estadía. Para mí familia de 5 personas fue suficiente aunque el espacio es pequeño pero bien distribuido. Balcón con increíble vista hacia los Andes y la ciudad de Santiago. La estadía incluye un 20% de descuento en el restaurante (muy buena cocina, vinos y raciones) clases de esquí, alquiler de equipos y entrada silla panoramica. Parqueo bajo techo. Piscina temperada."
