「Fab customer service and great facilities at this hotel. I can truly say the standards are as at European level which can’t be said about all places in Lebanon . Would happily stay here again . 」

「Absolutely Amazing Stay at Monot Suites! The hotel is Super Modern and impeccably clean, making my stay super comfortable. The staff is very kind and welcoming. And always available to help with anything you need. The indoor pool and gym are so convenient. I enjoyed my Swim and workout under a rainy weather! The service is a 10/10. The location is a walking distance to Beirut Central District, saifi village and ashrafieh. 」

「Goo experience, but The hotel didn’t provide with me the invoice when checking out as they said that I didn’t pay them directly. So what shall I do for the invoice? Pls advice. Thanks a lot.」

「One guy from the staff came in and tried to charge me 10$ per person extra for people visiting for couple hours , he knocked at 4 am asking for the cash and he insisted that he must collect the money now I had to speak with him in a different manner for him to understand 」

「Room was reserved in advance via Expedia and I was asked at check in to pay for it. Shower has no caddy to place soap or shampoo everything had to be placed on the floor while showering, ordered instant Nescafé in the morning a small bowl was delivered with the sachets of Nescafe in it, no hot water, no cups. Pool staff are great with excellent service as well as the restaurant for breakfast. I expected more honestly for 500$ plus for a room, I could have booked 2 nights across the street at...

「I want ti share my experience, i got extremely sick after 1 day of arrival and the support and help i got from the staff was incredible ( reception, bell boys, housekeepers) actually everyone was helpful to get me the medicine even on new years eve. Thank you 」

「When we arrived, they did not let us check in and they stated that the hotel was overbooked… mind you it was in the middle of a war and we had a confirmation number. Customer service was not nice about the situation and they could’ve handled it better by communicating with people who had booked at the hotel.」

「Disgusting, dirty, smelly, filthy property that doesn't reflect the photos and should be removed as a listing. The property was unclean with dirty towels and the smell of stale smoke. They are fraudsters, who take your deposit and not return it in full. NEVER STAY WITH THEM.」

「Food was extremely expensive. 6 none alcoholic drinks 1 meal of chicken fingers, 1 meal of cheese sticks, and 1 Houka cost $100. Could not shower due to the lack of hot water, informed staff about water blockage in shower and no response. I would. It recommend the place for anyone who’s over 5’10” on the first floor and 3’ on the second floor. My daughter hit her head in the ceiling and had a concussion. We have to cut our trip short and return to the US. 」
