I was there for a marathon with my family. The staff was friendly the hotel offered a restaurant, beach across the street and a nice roomie suite. Only downfall was to get up to the second floor, you had to use the stairs that were through the restaurant which made it difficult when unloading the vehicle, as you had to squeeze through a crowd of people.

Girls weekend on the Cape. We stayed on second floor in building 1. Spacious room, 2 queen beds, directly across from Falmouth Town Beach. Lively restaurant on site, it was always hopping and we never heard a sound from our room. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. We will certainly stay here again!

If you don't like hot water it's a decent place

Clean and comfy in a good location but no hot water so no showers, not even a little warm.

The area it was located in was very nice. It was great that there was a restaurant right in front of the hotel but it did make it a little loud at night considering the room was bottom floor right in the back of the restaurant. Parking was a little confusing also because you received a pass with you room number corresponding to a parking spot but it didn't seem to matter. All in all it was an enjoyable stay.

Deceptive advertising

HOTEL uses deception to get you to book with them. Under hotel details jt says lounge chairs umbrellas and beach towels are provided for. This was the main reason we chose this hotel. Come to find out NONE were included VERY DISSAPPINTED. Amazing how Hotels.com allows this bait/switch. . BEWARE OF THIS DECEPTION

Parking spot was not available when we arrived an hour after checkin. Dirty tissue on the floor next to the bed. You have to walk through a crowd of people at the bar/restaurant to go up the stairs to you room. No one helps you - you just have to ask the customers to let you through. There is live music at the bar/restaurant and not just at night. No outdoor faucet or way to rinse off your feet when coming back from beach.

Great location! The hotel is across from the beach with a great beachy restaurant attached. The restaurant shuts down the outdoor area at 9 pm so noise was not an issue. The restaurant and hotel staff were very accommodating. The rooms are a bit old but were spacious and our room had a beautiful ocean view. Would stay here again!
